Return Policies
House Of Thailand is dedicated to customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you can return your item for an exchange or refund. Simply contact us (323-257-9995) to receive instructions on returning your purchase. The following conditions apply:

Item must be undamaged and returned in original shipping box and/or packaging.

We will refund the cost of original shipping (the cost of shipping from our store to you.) on all products. You, the customer, are responsible for the cost of return shipping to House of Thailand. We will not reimburse the cost of return shipping.
Shipping Policies
We usually ship within 2 business days of your order. At times, more than 2 business days are required because of unforseen issues. We ship either Fedex Ground or U.S. Priority Mail. We also provide insurance at no extra cost to you, so you don't have to worry if your shipment is lost or damaged. If you need faster delivery, please contact us and we can quote you rates for express delivery. Advertised shipping rates are applicable to the continental United States. We ship to Hawaii, Alaska and Canada, but you must request a special rate quote.
