Shipping Info: Frequently Asked Questions

1. What service do you use to ship your products? For massage mats and Thai pillows, we ship via Fedex Ground. Thai fisherman pants, sarongs and other clothing, we ship via U.S. Post Office Priority Mail. Please remember that advertised shipping rates only apply to the continental United States. If you live outside the continental U.S., you must request a special shipping rate quote (Our pillows are big!)

2. How long will it take to get my order once it ships? Fedex Ground shipments take between 1-5 days. Priority Mail takes between 2-5 days.

3. Once I order, how long before you ship? That depends on how busy we are. Usually we can ship within 2-3 days, and often within one day. At times, we get very busy and preparing shipments can take around 5 days. We will send you shipping confirmation and tracking info when your package has been delivered to Fedex or the Post Office.

4. Where are your products located? We're located in Los Angeles, CA. Everything ships from Los Angeles,so you can be assured of fast, reliable delivery.

5. Do you ship to Canada? Yes, but you must request a special shipping rate by contacting us. Shipping costs are slightly higher to Canada. Advertised shipping rates only apply to the continental United States.

6. Do you ship internationally? No.  Shipping costs are very high and every country has different Custom's regulations concerning the importing of Thai pillows. Advertised shipping rates only apply to the continental United States.

7. Do you ship to Alaska or Hawaii? Yes, but you must request a special shipping rate. Mats and Thai pillows may be shipped via Parcel Post to these two states. Advertised shipping rates only apply to the United States.

8. Do you combine shipping? Yes. We combine shipping whenever possible. For example, if you purchase a 3-fold pillow and a medium triangle pillow, we can combine shipping into a single box. But if you purchased a massage mat and a triangle pillow we can't combine that order because it wouldn't fit into a single box. Also, if we can combine shipping and save money, we will issue a shipping cost refund to you!

9. What if I never receive my order? We will either send a replacement or refund your purchase, whatever you prefer. We do ask that you be patient, especially if your order shipped via the Post Office. We want to be sure your package is actually lost and not just a circumstance of slow delivery.

10. What if I want to return my order? You may return your order for any reason within 14 days of delivery. Just email us to say that you want to return the product. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. If the product is defective in any way, then we'll reimburse you the cost of return shipping.
